Dry-Aged Prime Rib Roast (Boneless) - Beit Yosef

This is a boneless roast that can be high-heat roasted (like Prime Rib) or sliced into steaks. Dry-aged for 10-21 days, this roast boasts an incredible beefy flavor, rich marbling and tender texture. A true delight.

For a really special occasion, this is the finest steak we offer: thick, tender, flavorful, perfectly-trimmed. These 2" thick medallions are cut from the most tender kosher cut on the steer, and are as close to a Filet Mignon as you can get in the US. Cut from the lip of the rib, this supremely tender steak is perfect for marinating and grilling, and can also take a steak rub. A great choice for serving on Shabbos, this heavily marbled cut stays moist even on the blech! Recipes

This steak is nothing short of superb. We select our most marbled cut from the shoulder for this steak, from the same piece as our Minute London Broil. Butcher's Cut Lollipop Lamb Chops

A tender medalion (about 2" in diameter) sits at the end of a perfectly-Frenched 4" bone on these miniature treats. Serve them as canapes or small-bite appetizers for any fancy meal. These chops are much leaner than our "Baby Lamb Chops".

This is the most elegant cut we prepare. The eye of the rack of lamb is fileted and trimmed into a perfect 3-5oz portion. Lightly marinate or spice, and sear to rare or medium rare. There is simply nothing else to compare it to!

These baby lamb ribs are perfect for the grill or broiler. Tender, flavorful, and quick cooking, they are the perfect treat when you want the sweetness of lamb and the fun of ribs. Sear both sides, then cook indirect for 10 minutes to get them perfectly juicy and tender.

We've Frenched the top 3-4" of the rack for presentation, but left a thin layer of fat over the chops to keep them moist during cooking. When you need to go the extra mile, this beautifully-butchered rack of tender lamb is for you.
